novelhouse.ae is an international, online marketplace for books, Stationery, uniform and resources related to school education. The Website is operated by Novelhouse International School Supplies LLC.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

If you use novelhouse.ae to order products and services, you agree to pay the full amount payable for such products and services as indicated during the order process. If the issuer of your credit or debit card refuses to authorize payment, we will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment.

SHIPPING

• Any shipment, delivery or collection dates provided by novelhouse are estimates only and shall not form part of the Contract.
• If Buyer's Order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, due to uncontrollable circumstances like bad weather or natural calamities the Buyer should contact Novelhouse International at : online@novelhouse.ae

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Items should be new, unused, in original packaging, and with all labels and tags still attached.
• The following items cannot be exchanged: Textbooks, guides, CD or DVD and other online resources.
• All items returned in accordance with these criteria will be refunded to the original purchaser's credit card or as store credit.
